Due to an update for Azure IoT Hub service, some users may experience temporary disruption of remote control of their locks.
Affected features:
1. Remote lock control (locking/unlocking/lock status) - POSSIBLE WORKAROUND: Switch to Bluetooth-only mode. Go to the Tedee app > Lock Settings > Troubleshooting > Bluetooth only - and turn this option on.
To minimize the effect of the issue, please do not log out from the mobile app.
